Duanesburg woman facing animal neglect charges in connection with rescued Shih-Tzus

  “A Duanesburg woman is charged with animal neglect in connection with the rescued Shih-Tzus in Montgomery County. State police arrested 46-year-old Elizabeth Dolder. Fourteen dogs, including nine puppies, were removed from deplorable living conditions in the town of Florida.
