Solar, wind and battery energy resource speculator. Shovel ready sites Oak Hill Solar 1 LLC , Oak Hill Solar 2 LLC in Duanesburg, New York which were sold to Amp Energy in 2019. As of February 2021 Eden Renewables has not constructed a project in the United States. British nationals Harry Lopes and Giovanni Maruca are the directors. Harry Lopes is director of New PowerCo (Delaware). Eden is an investor of GridX Africa Development (Mauritius) and Eden DevCo (UK) LLP (UK). Other projects shovel ready site may be: Elmbrook Solar LLC in Schodack, NY (Sold to Amp Energy), Van Epps Solar LLC and Mohawk View Solar LLC in Glen, NY. Parent company was Solstice Renewables in the United Kingdom with investors Seth Tabatznik, Belltown, Berti Investment and Geiger Brothers.
