The office of former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara asserted that Percoco and Howe used “ziti” as a term for bribe money, a reference snatched from “The Sopranos.” Many of us, me included, have had some fun with the ziti thing over the years, partly because it was so remarkable that the dunderheads would talk about bribes so openly in emails.”
