“The trial of a Duanesburg man accused of stabbing his wife and 5-year-old son to death in 2021 is scheduled to begin on Tuesday.
Police said Nelson Patino called 911 on Dec. 2, 2021 to tell them that he stabbed his family. A 2-year-old boy survived.
