“Nearly a decade after a Schenectady woman experienced a seizure at the Camp Bisco summer music festival that led to her eventual death, attorneys for her family, festival organizers and the Duanesburg venue where it was held are still battling over a wrongful death lawsuit.
Heather Bynum was 24 when she attended the festival at the Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville on July 12, 2012. She took a mix of drugs and alcohol, suffered a seizure, stopped breathing and suffered irreversible brain damage that left her comatose and helpless until her May 6, 2016 death at 28.”
