“A Schoharie County man suspected in connection with multiple burglaries and thefts in both Schoharie and Schenectady counties has been arrested, state police said.
James E. Reinhart Jr., 47, of Wright, was arrested Thursday at his residence and charged with third-degree and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies.
He was arraigned and ordered held on $1,000 bail, state police said.
Reinhart was arrested following investigations into multiple burglaries, thefts and gas drive-offs in both counties, state police said. Investigators in Cobleskill and Princetown coordinated their efforts and identified Reinhart as a suspect, troopers said.
State police then served a search warrant on his residence Thursday and uncovered numerous items reported stolen in the incidents, including an ATV reported stolen from a Duanesburg residence in November and items taken in a Esperance burglary earlier this month, troopers said.”
