“The Duanesburg Central School District on Tuesday appointed Jeffery Ziegler as interim superintendent of school while the school board continues to search for a new district leader.
Ziegler will fill in for Frank Macri, who is departing Duanesburg after accepting a job as superintendent in Voorheesville schools. Ziegler will start in the district in November, with Macri departing in December.
Ziegler works as a private education consultant and has served in numerous interim leadership positions around the region in recent years. He worked as superintendent at Fort Edward Union Free School District and has held administrative positions in Glens Falls and other districts across the state.”
