“On January 29, 2024, at about 6:03 p.m., State Police of Princetown responded to the report of a one-car rollover crash on State Route 20 in Duanesburg, NY. The driver was identified as Nikolaus J. Zirbes, 22, of Esperance, NY. Zirbes was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Princetown, where he recorded a 0.21% BAC. He was issued tickets returnable to the Duanesburg Town Court on February 28, 2024, and released to a sober third party.”
