“US community solar and battery storage developer PureSky Energy, previously Amp US, said Tuesday it has secured a USD-150-million (EUR 140m) revolving credit facility.
The three-year facility was led by Nomura Securities International Inc as the sole lead arranger.
The financing follows PureSky Energy’s acquisition earlier this year by infrastructure funds Palisade Infrastructure Group and Fiera Infrastructure.”
