“A man has been arrested after allegedly hitting two state trooper cars with an RV while being chased by police.
State police say it happened on new year’s eve when 27-year-old Shaman Railine attempted to flee from troopers following another chase with Johnstown police earlier that morning.
The RV was found on Main Street in Fort Hunter, and police say a chase was initiated when the driver refused to comply.”
