“After months of review, the Planning Board on Tuesday approved an application to subdivide the former Pine Brook Golf Club property into four parcels by a 3-2 vote. The authorization sets up developers to pursue additional steps to potentially allow a solar farm to be erected on the center parcel created on the South Main Street site.
The Planning Board nearly tabled action on the subdivision application on Tuesday after Chairman James Anderson raised concerns over a possible conflict of interest represented by Vice Chairman Geoffrey Peck’s review of the application from solar developers Eden Renewables.”
