The action involves the expansion of self storage units into a field to the rear (north) of the existing facility. The expansion requires a lot line adjustment with the neighboring property and the approval of a change of zone for the subject portion of the property. The project is located 2054 Western Turnpike in the Town of Duanesburg, New York.
