“The Princetown Planning Board has been presented with an application for a Solar array known as Pattersonville Solar Facility, LLC., (20MW. “Mega Watt”, (AC) solar facility) within the Town of Princetown.
The application is for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review from Pattersonville Solar, LLC., 500 Union Street, Suite 625, Seattle Washington 98101 (a subsidiary of Teichos Energy) and Donald Brooks, 3292 Scotch Ridge Road, Pattersonville, New York 12137.The proposal is a Solar generating facility in a GR-5, MF-2 zone (wholly within the Town of Princetown) SBL parcel 11.00-1-18.3 and 12.00-1-20.11, for a total of 350.8 acres.”

“***Pattersonville Solar LLC (a subsidiary of Teichos Energy, applicant) provided the final Map (meeting all contingencies) dated 10/24/2019 and has been approved by TDE Doug Cole. Teichos Energy has requested an extension of the July 25, 2019 approval as they can now proceed with the project and apply for a building permit.
