Town Board Update: The Agenda was covered. 117 Darby Hill Road fire was mentioned and the Attorney stated that the County pays for the clean up and sale of the property. Oak Hill Solar was discussed. The Town Board requests a third party engineer to review the drawings. New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) will attend the Thursday September 9th Planning Board Workshop from 5-7PM for Eden Renewables and Amp Solar’s request to add four 53′ containers of lithium-ion battery storage to Oak Hill Solar. The workshop is open to the public, but public comment will not be heard. Privilege of the Floor: Two taxpayers speak in opposition to Oak Hill Solar.
