They will be responsible for accounts payable/receivable functions including but not limited invoice and check request processing; keying invoices and expense reimbursements; reviewing invoices for accuracy; matching; and communicating with internal and external vendors to resolve billing and credit issues. As well as reconciling bank statements, auditing general ledger accounts, and monthly inventory analysis. Looking for candidate with strong computer skills and bookkeeping experience. Specifications: High school graduate or equivalent with at least three years of accounts payable experience or equivalent. Must be familiar with automated equipment and be able to perform computations/calculations with speed and accuracy. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be fluent in the English language. Must possess proven ability to work independently. Position is Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.
