“Voters will decide next month whether or not to approve an $18.9 million spending plan adopted Tuesday by the Duanesburg school board.
The proposed budget includes a $385,000, or 2%, increase in spending, while maintaining all current programming, including athletics and extracurricular activities.
Under the plan, the district’s tax levy would grow to $8.7 million, increase by 2.43%, or $207,444, but remain below the district’s tax cap of 3.91%. “
