Councillors give green light for Bettyhill Wind Farm phase 2

“Plans to expand Bettyhill Wind Farm have been given the go-ahead.

Highland councillors have agreed to grant planning consent to the Bettyhill Phase 2 development.

The application was considered by the North Planning Applications Committee at its meeting in Inverness last Tuesday.

Eden Renewables has now been given the green light to add up to 10 turbines with a maximum tip height of 149.9 metres, to the existing two turbines at Bettyhill Common Grazings on the Skelpick Estate.”
