“Carol Boyd Delanson- Carol Boyd, 81, a 44 year resident of Delanson, passed peacefully Tuesday November 14th at her daughters home in Guilderland, where she resided for the past 5 years. Born in Queens, Carol was the daughter of Edward and Adele (Maday) Borden. She grew up in Queens and graduated from All Saints School for Girls. After graduation, Carol went to work as a secretary for Pfizer. She met and married the love of her life, the late Robert J. Boyd Sr., on September 21, 1963. Carol loved being a devoted wife, mother and friend. They relocated their family to Delanson, in 1974 where Carol went to work for Duanesburg Central Schools in their payroll department. “
