Mike Larkin of AMP Energy said there would not be a battery storage facility on the site. He said area residents using ComEd would see a 10 percent reduction if they signed on with his Denver-based company. A preliminary schedule shows an August 2024 start-up. The land would be leased for 20 years with two five-year extension options.”
