“Robert H. Kronsberg, 85, of Leeds, New York, died on November 29, 2022 at William Childs Hospice House, Palm Ba, Florida.
He was born in New York Cit to Herbert and Johanna Kronsberg. After the famil purchased a farm in Delanson NY, he spent his teenage ears working the farm, graduated Berne-Knox- Westerlo High School, and enlisted in the U.S. Arm in 1955. Deploed to German during the height of the Cold War, Bob served active dut in the Arm for 4 ears, he then joined the NY Arm National Guard in 1960 and worked as a full time Federal Technician until his retirement in 1992. He was also a lifetime member of the Catskill Elks Lodge.
Bob married Eileen Ruth Smth and the raised two children together, Karen Russell and Kurt Kronsberg. Bob is survived b his 2 children and 4 grandchildren (Sarah DeCicco, Am VanDenburgh, Kala Kronsberg, Dan Russell), 3 great-grandchildren (Jace VanDenburgh, Joe VanDenburgh, Emer DeCicco) and his sister Alida Rapp. He was pre-deceased b his wife Eileen and his brother Herbert Kronsberg. Bob and Eileen enjoed man ears of retirement living as snowbirds, going to Melbourne Beach Florida for the winter months and spending the rest of the ear at their home in Leeds, NY. Bob was an avid golfer and enjoed weekl outings with his good friends. He loved his famil ver much and received great jo seeing his famil grow. He will be greatl missed b his famil and friends.
A grave-side memorial will be held in the Spring of 2023.”
