“All public electronic documents searchable in the County Clerk’s Office are now available online through two new services:

Landex Remote access is most beneficial for individuals or companies who expect to access records on a regular basis or need comprehensive search capabilities.
* The Schenectady County Clerk’s office will be waiving the contract fee for this service until May 31st, 2020.
REMOTE Fees: $.15 per minute / $.10 per page loaded
NOTE: Per the County Clerk’s request at 10:00 on April 2, 2020 the per minute fee is being waived until normal business hours resume.
LANDEX WEBSTORE – https://www.landex.com/webstore
Landex Webstore is for infrequent searchers or those performing basic searches.
The searching is free, however, there is a fee to view and/or print documents.
WEBSTORE Fees: Per Document Fee
NOTE: Documents are not emailed but are viewable ONLINE immediately after purchase and reside in My Account/Order History menu for future reference.”
