“The town will hold an introductory open house and public workshop for the town’s comprehensive land use plan update on Thursday at the Rotterdam Junction fire station on Main Street.
The meeting, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., is the second in a series of meetings being held as the town seeks to update its comprehensive plan for the first time since 2001. The meeting will include a chance for residents to examine maps and comment on existing land uses, and hear a presentation by M.J. Engineering and Land Surveying of Clifton Park, the consultant helping develop the plan, working with a citizen committee.
The town has also established a project website at www.RotterdamNYPlan.com were the public can examine documents and comment.”
