“A massive new solar farm with links to royal aristocracy has begun pumping out green energy to thousands of homes across South Devon.
Creacombe Solar Farm near leafy Yealmpton was wired up to the grid as of the start of February, 2020.
The eco-super base will generate enough globally-friendly power to keep 2,440 homes across five county parishes ticking over.
It’s aim is to slash a whopping 2,000 tonnes of carbon every year.

Its leadership team include Yealm Community Energy (YCE), Gnaton Farms and the Lopes Family, with Harry Lopes being the son-in-law of the Duchess of Cornwall.”
